I was looking for a new dentist for my family which consists of three kids who are very hesitant about the dentist. After thorough research online, I came across Aiken Family Dentistry's website. Read the reviews and liked what I read and saw on their website. Requested an appointment for my oldest who was having gum/tooth problems and received an appointment the very next day. We were very impressed when we walked through the door. Staff was very friendly taking the time to introduce themselves. My son (who is 14) had lots of questions and the staff explained everything to him on a level he could understand which put him so much at ease. They took the time to get to know him and myself. The doctor was very kind and polite. He made an effort to talk to my son about his issues and ask him questions which made my son feel like he was important and like the doctor really cared about him and the problems that were going on. After the exam the doctor talked with both my son and I about the results outlining a plan and taking the time with us answering any questions we might have had. My son was very impressed and really liked the visit. I was able to schedule my other two children for their future appointments on the same day and time so they wouldn't miss so much school and I wouldn't miss so much work going back and forth. I was very pleased they were able to work with me regarding the scheduling. I would definitely recommend this practice!!!

Even though my 8 year old daughter made our initial visit one to remember throughout the ages, I was still welcomed with open arms for my check up the same day. I didn't go to a dentist for a long time because I had a really bad experience with another dentist in another city. Finally, I knew I had to get a cleaning and I went to Dr. Patel's office. Because of the good experience I had, I no longer have such negative feelings about dentists. Dr. Patel and all of his staff are very friendly, efficient, and professional. I also appreciated that they didn't try to pressure me into expensive cosmetic procedures (such as whitening, veneers, etc.). They were more concerned about the health of my teeth and just doing what I needed. I was very satisfied with my visit and I will definitely go back. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic dentist! Everyone in the office is very nice and always has answers to any of my questions. Dr. Patel and his staff are friendly, amazing at what they do, and provide the best treatment possible with minimal discomfort. Although today was just my 2nd visit, they treated me as if I've been a customer since they opened business. They also filed my dental insurance fees for me as well the very first visit.
